Through the Advanced Actions Window – This window on the main screen offers a centralized view of all items in the system that require attention, allowing you to efficiently manage multiple actions in one place.
The Action Center is divided into three main sections:
To Do – A list of tasks that need to be completed.
Read & Confirm – Items awaiting review and signature.
Agenda – Your work schedule and planned activities.
Agenda
This feature allows you to view items with defined due dates, organized into automatically generated time periods: Past, Today, and This Month.
Clicking the three dots next to any task name opens the Quick Actions Menu, where you can perform several actions within the item.
The Quick Actions Menu allows you to perform several actions within the item, including:
Moving an Item – Move the item inside or outside of a group.
Adding a Label – Attach a label to the item.
Reassigning Users – Add or remove members from the task. The task will be removed from the task list of any unassigned users.
Chat – Open the project's chat.
Full View – Access the full view, where you can see all actions, add details, and view additional information.
Measuring Task Execution Times – Track the time spent on the task.
Delete – Remove the item.
To Do
This widget displays a list of tasks awaiting your attention, including those with or without a due date, marked with a red or orange status.
Clicking the three dots next to each task will open a menu identical to the one described earlier, offering the same actions to perform.
Please note that the Unassign and Complete actions will remove the item from the Action Center, indicating that the task has been concluded or completed.
Read & Confirm
This section displays items in the system that require your reading and signature. From the Quick Actions Menu, you can attach your signature to confirm that you have read the information.
By clicking the Sign action, the item will be signed and removed from the Read & Confirm list.
