Your organization's pending items and other actions can be managed using the Actions button within the Bottom Menu. The Action Center consists of three Widgets:

  1. To Sign: there are items you must Read & Confirm, requested from other users.

  2. To Do: there are items that are placed in Kanban groups with orange and red status, assigned to you.

  3. Agenda: there are items assigned to you that have a Due Date.

In each of these options, operating on an item will be done by means of a swipe action, i.e., dragging from right to left on the items to access the available options, which can vary depending on the case.

To Sign

Items are separated by the group to which they belong.

  • The sign icon (in purple) will allow you to sign and approve the item directly.

  • Three dots icon (in gray) will open the Quick Actions Menu.

To Do

This section includes pending work items, whether or not they have a Due Date. Items are separated by the group to which they belong.

  • The user icon (in red) will remove the user as a member of the item.

  • The arrow icon (in green) will move the item to the first consecutive green color lane (status).

  • Three dots icon (in gray) will open the Quick Actions Menu.

Agenda

This section only includes items that have a Due Date. Items are separated by different temporary units, according to the expiration date.

  • The user icon (in red) will remove the user as a member of the item.

  • The arrow icon (in green) will move the item to the first consecutive green color lane (status).

  • Three dots icon (in gray) will open the Quick Actions Menu.

It should be noted that, by clicking the purple (Read and Confirm) and green (To Do/Agenda) buttons, the item will disappear from the Action Center.
