The Top Navigation Bar is always visible at the top of your Tuqqi workspace. It’s designed to give you quick access to essential tools and areas, so you can move around the platform easily and get things done faster.
What You Can Do with the Top Navigation Bar
Top-left logo
At any time, you can click the logo in the top-left corner to return to your Main Screen. This is helpful when you want to quickly get back to the main feed from anywhere in the platform.
The Main Screen in Tuqqi is the central area where you see your content feed, including posts, updates, and shared items. It’s the first thing you see when you log in and where most of your daily work happens.
The search bar
Next to the logo, you’ll see the search bar, when you click on it a powerfull search fill be opened, where you can find users, groups, and items across the entire platform. Whether you’re looking for a specific form or trying to find a colleague, the search is always just one click away.
Create button
To the right of the search bar is the Create button. This button is dynamic—it shows different options depending on two things: your role in Tuqqi and where you are in the platform.
For example, if you’re an admin, you might see options to create organizational labels, invite users, or build new forms.
If you’re inside a specific group, the options will be limited to items relevant to that group. If you’re on the Home Page, you can create any content that can appear on the public feed.
The Launchpad
The Launchpad icon (a small grid) opens a quick access menu, allowing you to jump directly to the main sections of Tuqqi—like Boards, Groups, or Tuqqi Talk. This is especially useful when you want to avoid navigating step by step and get straight to what you need.
The Chat & Notifications
You’ll also see a speech bubble icon, which takes you to your preview of the Tuqqi Talk inbox. Here, you can view and reply to messages or open a direct chat. The icon will show a small badge when you have unread messages.
Tuqqi Talk is Tuqqi’s built-in messaging system that lets you chat directly with other users. You can send private messages, reply to threads, and manage all your conversations in one place.
The bell icon opens your Notifications Panel, where you can view recent activity related to your account. You’ll be able to see new updates, mark them as read, and quickly follow up on what’s important. Learn more about the notifications settings in this article.
Your Account
Finally, on the far right, your profile picture or initials open a dropdown menu with access to your Profile, Preferences, the Tuqqi Help Center, and the option to Log Out.
