From the Settings screen, you can view your profile page, update your user information, and manage your notification preferences. This is where you can fully customize what you see and how you stay updated. From this page, you can edit your profile details, set user preferences, and control how and when you receive notifications.
To access the Settings, click the icon in the top-right corner of the screen. It will initially display your name abbreviation and will update to your profile image once you upload one.
Introduction to My Page
Welcome to your personal feed! This is where you can quickly access and review items you’ve shared or been tagged in. To navigate to your feed, simply click your name in the left-hand menu.
From your feed, you can:

Adjust your user preferences and notifications
Everything you need is just a click away, helping you stay organized and up to date.
To access it, click on your name in the left panel, or on your name on the screen that openes up after clicking on your image icon.
Setting Up Your User Profile
Setting up your profile is quick and easy. Here’s how to get started:
Click on the settings (your image icon).
Select ‘User Preferences’ from the dropdown menu.
Update your personal details and preferences, including:
All changes are saved automatically, so there’s no need to worry about losing your updates.
Tip: Add your digital signature under User Preferences by clicking the button, drawing your signature with your mouse, and saving it. This signature can be used later for document confirmation and approvals.
Managing Your Notifications
Tuqqi offers live notifications to keep you informed across both web and mobile platforms. You can receive alerts for:
Items you have created
Activity on subscribed channels
Mentions in items
Follow-up activity on items you've commented on
Activity in groups you’re a member of
Calendar events
In the web you will recieve those notification on the top bar on the right:
To customize your notifications:
Click your profile picture in the top right corner (the settings).
From the dropdown menu, choose User Preferences.
On the left-hand side, click on Notifications.
Select which types of notifications you’d like to receive.
Tailor your settings to stay updated on what matters most—without the noise.
