The library allows you to manage the organizational information in one place.

You can define categories and subcategories according to topics and produce professional articles that will be used by users in your work environment.

Corporate Library - Start Screen

Create a new category

  1. Click on the add category button, in the library menu on the left.

  2. In the screen that opens, you can define a name for the category and a short description that will explain the content that will appear there.

  3. Choose an icon for the category.

  4. In the next tab you will define the type of category - closed or open, and the permissions of the users in the category.

  5. In the last tab, you will define the members in the category.

  6. Finally, click on the purple button in the lower right part of the screen, to create the new category.

Create a new subcategory

  1. Choose the main category.

  2. Inside the category, click on the "Add subcategory" button.

  3. In the window that opens, you can set a title and description for the subcategory.

  4. When finished, click on the "Create a new subcategory" button.

Create a new article

  1. Now choose the desired category and the subcategory in which you want to create a new article.

  2. Click on the "Add Article" button.

  3. In the screen that opens, you can create a new article, format the text, add images and files.

  4. When you finish writing the article, click on the "Post" button in the lower right part.

  5. The article will appear under the subcategory in which you created it

Editing of an existing article

  1. Choose the article you want to edit.

  2. Click on the button that appears in the upper right part "open the full view", or click on the article title.

  3. To edit, double click on the window that opens.

  4. When finished editing, click on the save button (purple diskette icon) in the upper left part.

Search in the corporate library

  1. In the upper left part of the library menu, there is a search window.

  2. You can write down the name of the article or content found in the article, and the system will show you the relevant categories and articles.

Deleting a category and subcategory

  1. You can delete a category or subcategory by clicking on the category definition button.

  2. On the settings screen, click on the delete category button.

  3. Please note, deleting the category will delete all the information contained in it.
