In Tuqqi, Groups are powerful, flexible workspaces designed to help you manage specific teams, departments, projects, or knowledge areas. A Group brings the right people, tasks, and information together in one centralized space - making collaboration easy and purposeful.
What Can You Use Groups For?
Groups can be customized for many purposes, including:
Departments – Keep departments aligned with shared updates, tasks, and documents
Projects – Track milestones, assign items, and monitor progress
Knowledge Bases – Organize key information for onboarding, processes, or best practices
Communities of Practice – Share insights and updates across interest-based groups
Initiatives – Centralize communication and documents for short-term goals or launches

How to Find and Navigate Groups
You can quickly access any Group in Tuqqi from anywhere in the system:
Search Shortcut: Press Ctrl + k or click the search bar and start typing the group name to locate it instantly
Group List: Click the Launchpad in the navigation bar, then select Groups to view all the groups you’re a part of.
Favorite Groups: Want quicker access? Open any Group and click the star icon on the right to add it to your favorites.

Labels in a group
An item is the basic building block of work in Tuqqi. It can represent anything your team needs to track or manage - such as a task, project, client record, support ticket, or even a hiring process.

A label is used to organize or filter items, like Urgent, VIP, or Internal.
Labels can be assigned to each group based on its work process, helping to categorize and highlight important information. They provide additional context to items within the group, allowing you to focus on what matters most at any given moment.
How to Define Labels in a Group
Click on an item.
Select Labels.
Set the Name and Color for the label.
Click Save.
The selected label will appear on the post after saving and exiting the label selection window.
