Once inside, follow these steps:
Add a Row
Each row in the menu can be a Category, Item, Group, or Link.
A Category acts as a container and can hold items, groups, or links.
Categories cannot contain other categories. Tuqqi supports a maximum of two levels.
Build the Tree
Add as many categories, items, groups, and links as you need.
As you add rows, you’ll see the tree forming.
This tree is what your users will see on the homepage or in the launchpad.
If a user doesn’t have permission to access a specific group or item, it won’t appear in their menu.
Select What to Add
Item → Search and select the item.
Group → Search and select the group.
External Link → Enter a label (how it will appear in the menu) and paste the link. Make sure it’s valid.
Organize with Drag & Drop
Move rows between categories or reorder them as needed.
Editing and Removing Items
You can rename categories or edit groups, items, and links at any time.
If you remove a category, all rows inside it will also disappear from the menu.
If you remove a group or item from the menu, it only disappears from the navigation shortcuts. Users will still have access to it through other parts of Tuqqi.
Tips & Suggestions
Use categories to group related links (e.g., “Projects”, “Resources”).
Add external links for quick access to tools your team uses daily.
Keep the menu simple: too many shortcuts can overwhelm users.
Regularly review and update the menu to keep it relevant.
