Our system independently tags each item of information that users upload and share in the platform. Instead of labeling each item of information individually, the system will independently arrange the information in the organizational library. Each new tag added to the system serves as an "information channel" that the system will know to look for when new information is shared with the system.
After selecting 'Admin,' go into the 'Content management' tab, here you will be able to add new topics and set the keywords under each topic.
This screen can be used mainly for:
Management of issues in the organization.
Management of "information channels" (tags) in the organization.
Main actions that can be performed on this screen:
Add a new topic and define keywords under the same topic.
Adding new tags.
Important highlights:
You can add new tags to any media item (item in the system), after the item is shared you can add the desired tag in the comments, just write a "#" scale followed by the tag itself, without a space. For a tag that has more than one word, instead of using a space, use an underline "_ ".
Topics:
You can define and manage the knowledge channels (keywords) by topics - a topic includes a few keywords that share the same concept. When you search for a specific topic, the system will provide you results that include all of the keywords under this topic.
User Tags:
Every uploaded item to the system is being analyzed by our smart algorithm and auto-tagged with keywords by its content. Every new keyword that has been added to the system, acts as an individual knowledge channel.
Additionally:You can add tags manually on a comment of a post and attach this post under a specific keyword/knowledge channel. Simply type # and then the keyword, If it's more than one word use the underline as follows: #xxx_yyy
