What appears in the Feed?

An Item will appear (or move up) in the Feed when:

  • A new comment or conversation is added

  • Its status changes (e.g., New → In Progress → Done)

  • Its due dates or key fields are updated

  • Multiple members are engaging with it

This ensures the Feed always shows the Items that need attention right now.

Interacting with Items

The Feed is more than a list - it’s a collaboration center. From the feed, you can:

  • Open any Item to view full details by simply clicking on it.

  • Comment and attach files from those open items.

  • Update the Item’s status (based on permissions).

  • Follow Items to receive future updates.

  • Quickly engage with work that needs attention.

💡 Tip: Mention teammates using @name in a comment to bring the Item into their Feed - as long as they have permission to access it.
