The scheduler view displays a timeline organized for each group member, detailing assigned and planned items, i.e., those with a start and end date.
A Group is a workspace within Tuqqi where you and your team manage items together - it can represent a team, a department, a project, or any initiative that needs shared tracking and collaboration.
About the View
Upon entering, you will see the list of group members on the left and, at the top, a horizontal timeline. These two criteria are key to planning, assigning, and organizing tasks. It is helpful to know a person's activities at a specific moment.
In the upper right corner, you can select the displayed time precision: 15 minutes, 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week, and 1 month. By default, it will open in the month view, but you can change it as needed.
You will also find a "Today" button between two arrows. Clicking on it will automatically jump to the current moment. The left arrow is for backward, and the right arrow is for moving forward in time.
About the Items
Items are presented in the scheduler according to their items and start and end dates. Hovering over them, you can see more details. Clicking will open their full view.
An Item is the basic building blocks of work in Tuqqi - any task, project, client record, or ticket you track. Each item lives within a group and can include assignees, dates, status, fields, and more.
Note that by moving the ends of your preview, you will automatically change the start and end dates. If you drag it to another user's line, you will reassign it.
The last row of the scheduler will show "Unassigned." Here, items with start and end dates but no assigned responsible member are reflected. You can drag them to assign.
About Permissions
You can only see items for which you have permissions in the system. For example, if you are a classified member of the group, you cannot see items not assigned to you in that group.
A Classified Member is a user who can only see items they are explicitly assigned to or those they have shared in a classified‑mode group. They do not see all items across the group.
About Filters
In the top bar, you can select various filters on the displayed items. The options are:
Filter by member: Select one or more users to see what they are working on.
Filter by form: Show items of a particular data type or all selected.
A form is a template in Tuqqi that defines the structure of an item - which fields appear, what type of data is collected, and how information is organized. Forms ensure that items in a group are consistent and capture all necessary details.
Filter by status color: Filter based on the color of the status of items, e.g., those not in green (finished).
Filter by status: Show only items belonging to a state or those you select.
Filter by linked item: Reduce results according to items linked to one or more specific items.
Filter by group of task: This case is only relevant if you have enabled the Gantt view.
A Status Indicates the current stage of an item in the workflow, such as Open, In Progress, or Completed.
About Unscheduled Items
Clicking on the calendar icon opens a panel on the right with unscheduled items, those without a start and end date.
You can search by title and use the filters mentioned earlier to then drag them to the calendar and estimate when they will be worked on.
