Tuqqi’s Labels and Statuses keep your tasks and information organized. This guide shows you how to create, customize, and manage them so your teams stay aligned and workflows stay clear.

Labels are custom tags that you can add to posts, tasks, or any item in Tuqqi. They help organize information by category, topic, priority, or department - making it easier to filter, search, and group related items.

Statuses show where an item is in a workflow - like Just Started, In Progress, Waiting for Review, or Completed. Each status has a color to make progress visible at a glance.

💡 Tip: Want to learn the difference between labels and statuses? Check out Library Glossary: Labels & Statuses.

How to Create, Edit, and Delete

Whether you’re working with labels or statuses, the actions are similar:

To create a new item:

  1. Go to the Library and open Glossary.

  2. Click New Label (for labels) or Create a new status color (for statuses).

To manage existing items:

  • Edit: Click the pencil icon to update the Name, Color, or (for statuses) Description, then save.

  • Delete: Click the trash can icon to remove it across all groups.

💡 Tip: Labels and statuses are shared across all groups. Any changes you make automatically update organization-wide.

⚠️ Note on Status Colors:

  • Active items (red/orange/custom colors) appear in Agenda, To Do list, and Ongoing Tasks.

  • Completed items (green) are hidden to reduce clutter.

Quick Tips for Success

  • Keep names short and clear for easy searching.

  • Use colors consistently across statuses to avoid confusion.

  • Regularly review labels and statuses to remove outdated ones and keep workflows organized.
