Quickly and efficiently apply the same action to multiple items across your project. Bulk actions save time and ensure consistency, and they can be used in different parts of Tuqqi, including Kanban view, Table view, and the Action Center.
Bulk actions can only be applied to items you have permission to edit and are limited to 100 items per action, keeping changes safe and manageable. In the sections below, we’ll explain how to perform bulk actions in the Kanban and Table views and the Action Center.
Kanban
The Kanban view in a group is a visual, drag-and-drop board that lets you track progress, manage items with ease, and customize workflows using lanes, colors, and filters - helping teams stay organized, focused, and efficient.

In Kanban view, you can perform bulk actions in two ways:
Checkboxes: Each item includes a checkbox. Selecting two or more items automatically opens the bulk action menu. You can narrow down the items using Kanban filters before applying changes, making it easy to update statuses, labels, or assignees all at once.
Column Actions: Open the three-dot menu at the top of a column and select Actions. You’ll see all actions available for items in that column/state.
Table & Action Center
The Table View in a group is a powerful way to organize and track items in a spreadsheet-like layout, with flexible filtering, sorting, grouping, and export options - making it easy to turn data into actionable insights.

The Action Center is your central hub for managing tasks and items, tracking progress, and performing bulk actions - all in one organized view.

Use the checkboxes on the left of each item to select multiple items. Once selected, a menu with bulk action options will appear automatically. This works the same way in both Table view and the Action Center.
