All users will find a Home in the groups. This page will contain useful information for managing, working and navigating within the group.
If you are the group administrator, then you will have the possibility to set and configure what the other users will see in the Home page.
In the central panel, you and every group viewer will find the administrators, linked items to the group, the group information and the description.
To link items, just search for words or letters in their title and select the desired one. In this way, the user will be able to preview it from the Home page and open its full view, if he has the corresponding permissions.
The group information is the same text that is defined in the settings. The administrator can double click on it and edit it.
The group description is free to write whatever the administrator wants to communicate to the rest of the users about the use of the group in any format. Links, photos, files, and even mentioning users or groups can be added.
In the right panel you will see the recent updates of the group. They will be sorted according to the way in which each of the actions happened in the items that are in the chosen group. This is automatically generated.
