Sharing Files in Tuqqi

Easily share files in Tuqqi - in posts, articles, or chats - to keep your team organized and informed.

Tuqqi makes it easy to share and manage files across posts, articles, and chats - helping your team keep information organized and accessible wherever you work.

Posting a File

  1. Start a New File Post

    • On the main page, click Create in the top-right corner.

    • Select File from the available options.

  2. Add File Details

    • A new window will open where you can write a description for your file.

  3. Upload the File

    • Click “Click to upload or drag and drop your file” (maximum 30MB per file).

    • Choose the file you want to upload from your device.

  4. Publish

    • Click Create to post your file.

Note: The file post option is also available inside groups if the group’s form includes a File data type.

Attaching a File to an Article

  1. Create a New Article

    • Click Create on the main page.

    • Select Article from the options.

  2. Write Your Article

    • A new screen will appear where you can write your article content.

  3. Attach a File or Image

    • Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the article.

    • Select the File or Image icon to insert your attachment directly into the text.

Sharing a File in Chat

  1. Open a Chat

    • Go to the Chat menu and select the relevant conversation.

  2. Attach the File

    • Click the file upload icon and select the file you want to share.

  3. Send the File

    • Click Send. You can also type a message before sending if needed.

Note: Any file shared in chat will also appear in the related item’s comments, since chat and comments are synchronized in Tuqqi.
