Working in a group often means managing tasks, clients, locations or resources that span across places. That’s where the Map View comes in: a fresh, intuitive way to see “where things are” in your group.
Why Map View?
When items in your group include a location (address or coordinates), the Map View helps you:
See at-a-glance where your clients, sites or resources are on a map.
Spot geographic clusters or gaps in coverage.
Switch from a mere list of items to a spatial layout that adds context to your work.
Empower your team to make location-based decisions: Which region has more tasks? How far apart are two sites?
In short: Map View adds a visual dimension so you don’t just manage what needs doing. You also see where.
Accessing the Map View
Navigate to the relevant group in Tuqqi.
At the top of the view options (Feed, Table, Kanban, Calendar, etc.), choose Map.
Once loaded, you’ll see pins on the map, each representing an item with location info.
Working with the Map
Interact with items
Click or tap a pin to open the item’s full view: see details, status, comments, attachments.
Hover (on desktop) to preview key info like item title.
Manage locationless items
Items without a location won’t appear on the map by default. If you have items that belong on the map but lack address data:
Open the item in its full view and add a “Location” or “Address” field.
Save the item: then it will appear on the map automatically.
Things to Note
Each item can have only one location, which is the one displayed in the Map View.
Map View respects group permissions: only items you have access to will appear.
Zoom levels and map labels may differ based on coordinate precision—if a pin looks misplaced, try adding a full address or adjusting the map to “Satellite” mode.
We hope this helps you make the most of the Map View in Tuqqi. Ready to explore your spatial layout and take action based on where things happen? Let’s go!
