General Overview of the Action Center

The Action Center is the heart of your workspace in Tuqqi. It centralizes all your tasks, items, and responsibilities in one place—so you can easily track progress, act on tasks, and manage your work without switching between modules.

Unlike the Main Screen, which gives you a snapshot summary, the Action Center is a full workspace where you can view, edit, and prioritize everything that’s assigned to you.

An item in Tuqqi is any task, document, message, or action that you manage inside a group. It’s the basic building block of your workflow. Each item can include fields like due date, status, labels, and more.

Why Use the Action Center?

With the Action Center, you can:

  • See all your active items in one view.

  • Edit tasks directly from the tables.

  • Take action on multiple items at once.

  • Build and save personalized reports for reuse.

  • Share visibility with your organization.

It’s not just a task list - it’s your command center for the workday.

How to Access the Action Center

There are several ways to open it, depending on where you are in Tuqqi:

  • From the left-side menu under “Action Center.”

  • By clicking the widget header on the Main Screen.

  • From the Launchpad.

  • Inside your personal MyPage.

What You’ll See First: Default Reports

When you first enter the Action Center, you’ll see three built-in reports:

  1. To Do – shows all items assigned to you, grouped by your workgroups.

  • Grouped by: Group

A group in Tuqqi is a shared space where you and your team can manage items together. Groups can represent teams, projects, clients, or any topic. Each group has its own members, permissions, and settings.

  • Filtered to: Items assigned to you in orange, red, or custom status

  • Ideal for: Seeing what you need to do across teams and projects.

2. Agenda – organizes items by due date.

  • Grouped by: Due Date

  • Filtered to: Items with due dates in orange, red, or custom status

  • Ideal for: Planning your day or week around deadlines.

3. To Sign – items sent to you for reading or signature (documents, approvals, checklists).

  • Grouped by: Group

  • Filtered to: Items where you’re marked as “to sign”

  • Ideal for: Quickly finding what needs your sign-off.

⚠️ Default reports cannot be edited or deleted. Use them as starting points: adjust filters or groupings, then save your own custom version.

Taking Action Inside the Action Center

From any report you can:

  • Edit items directly (if you have permission).

  • Select multiple items to assign users, add labels, move between groups, or duplicate/delete them.

  • Save your configuration as a Saved Report so you can return to the same view later.

The Action Center gives you a personalized command center for your work. Whether reviewing tasks, editing in bulk, or starting with default reports, it keeps everything organized and in one place.
