The Main Feed gathers the most recent updates from your corporate environment, personalized to your workgroups and areas of interest.
Each update in the feed displays a preview of the relevant item. From this preview, you can quickly understand:
The group in which the item is shared
Who is responsible for it
Its current status
The type of content (e.g., new Project, Document, Customer Card, etc.)
To the right of each preview, you'll find a three-dot menu. Clicking it opens the Quick Actions Menu, where you can easily take action on the item—streamlining your workflow without leaving the feed:
If you choose the Full View option, the system will display the complete information item for a more detailed look:
