Stay organized and on top of your work by setting due dates for your items in Tuqqi. Due dates help you prioritize tasks, get timely reminders, and visually track which tasks are upcoming or completed, keeping your projects on schedule effortlessly.
To set a due date, follow these steps:
Create a new item or select an existing item in the system.
Expand the item for full viewing.
Items in Tuqqi help employees track tasks at any stage - new, active, completed, or in progress - and include features that make the platform flexible for any work environment.

3. Clicking on the Due date option will open a window > in the open window set the desired date and time.
4. The due date is displayed at the bottom-right corner of the item.
5. The system will send you a reminder for the item both 24 hours in advance and at the scheduled time. You will receive the reminder by notification on the system and by phone, as well as by email.
When the task is completed, click on the small square to the left of the due date, the clock will automatically change to the green color that symbolizes for us that the task has been performed.
