Manage classification levels within the system. By doing that you will ensure employees will not be exposed to data they are not supposed to see. On this screen you will configure the different classifications levels:
The default classification level of a user is public.
A user who's defined on a top classification level (for example level 5), will be exposed to data on their level and below (level 1 to 5).
Assigning a classification level to a user is done on the user preferences settings.
You can assign the item classification when you publish the item.
